Survived by daughter, Andrea (Fred) Rose; son, Joel (Judy) Kirschbaum; grandchildren, Steven (Julie) Rose, Evan Rose, Julie (Jeffrey Toenges) Rose, Heidi (David Fondler) Rose, Jay (Patti) Kirschbaum, Corey Kirschbaum, Cheryl Kirschbaum, Dr. Dean (Lisa) Kirschbaum, and Jordana Ryan; 15 great grandchildren. Longtime owner of the Crown Meat Co., Minneapolis. He loved a good joke, his family, playing tennis, golf, reading and walking.
